  1. #metoo is and was a joke. It way overpowered women, with no check or balance. There is no equality in it, just believe women because they said whatever. That’s so very wrong and the media are the most to blame for this. They can now make bullshit claims with zero evidence and no repercussions. Anyone taking advantage of their position and harassing or raping anyone is wrong, but the bullshit of canceling someone and ruining their career over old as Twitter and social media stuff, or raising hell on behalf of what was a truly willing participant, and now women with morning after regret is overboard. My mom and wife say it best…maybe allowing women in the boardroom and the polling booth wasn’t such a great idea after all! (While one chairs a hospital board and the other a bank makes that claim even more golden. They are both the top people at their workplaces, yet don’t like seeing their own sex coming onto either board because it always begins with eye flickering, boobs out…and end with those same women getting their flirting shut the hell down and crying with zero sympathy from the top!)

  2. This conversation doesn't touch upon the most important thing ‒ the fact that Louis CK proved that EVEN IF a man has consent from a woman, consent can be retroactively withdrawn and the man can be crucified. Let that sink the fuck in!

  3. It's disturbing the way Louis was mischaracterized as being this all powerful celebrity comedian using his power dynamic to abuse women….No, the last allegations were in 2003 well before Louis hit it big. At that time he was only a moderately successful semi obscure comic and hadn't made much money in his career. Yet, they've been saying there was some kind of overwhelming power dynamic that he "the big time Louis CK" was exploiting. That's false but people think it's fact. Some will say, well that still doesn't excuse what he did and yeah, what he did was wrong, creepy an inappropriate but he never assaulted or touched anyone and never stepped over an unforgivable line. He has been publicly called out and humiliated and he apologized. What he did was wrong but he's not Weinstein, he's not a Cosby, it was forgivable, his apology should have been accepted and career not ruined over it.
