  1. You guys are really confused.
Do you know that God is the same yesterday, today and forever?
That he never changes?! And if so, how is it that God was so compassionate in Jesus towards all sinners? He is always compassionate and always forgiving. But you fallback onto old testament scriptures as if they are his words! As if the God of Compassion and Grace ever was so unforgiving! I am here to tell you that he is not nor has he ever been the god of wrath and punishment. No! Not at all… Not unless your god is Satan! I am saying that the god of Moses was not the God and father of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. He couldn't be! Because God never changes! He doesn't create all the worlds and time knowing full well what is and what shall be and then start punishing people as if he didn't know when he knows all things past present and future! Either you believe he is who her is, or you do not. You cannot rightly claim that he is all powerful and all knowing and then conveniently forget so when reading these passages. Or how do you reconcile the "God" of the Old Testament with the God of the New Testament? They are entirely opposed to each other! The God of Moses encouraged an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth! But the God and father of Jesus encourages forgiveness and mercy! What then? Did God who never changes suddenly change? The answer is no!!! The God of the Torah is not the true God. Because if he were then there would never be any salvation and Christ would never have come.
