  1. I used to do the exercise at 2:30 when I went to parties to get everyone rilled up XD It was so cool to see other people try to copy me and I didnt even know it was a fitness exercise. I was just trying to do the laying Michael Jackson toes jump haha

  2. Had a labrum tear and basically besides surgery only thing you can do is strengthen your hipflexors / surrounding muscules. If you sit a lot I can probably guess you have some type of hip pain or discomfort. Stretch your hamstrings and hipflexors everyday and you will see the biggest difference.
