I seen the kotg videos but i already owned the torque tank snd monkey feet, once i seen his videos i started using both more often and i can feel it man, i walk about 6 miles but in between i stop and push the tank about 100 ft and then bring it back, i do that about 4 times but i also do 3 sets of 15 hamstring with 25 pounds with the monkey feet and the next day my legs are lit up, its super fun, i live in michigan so i cant wait till winter because im going to clear an opening that leads to my garage door where my tank is and im going to train like rocky in russia lol

  2. I use ankle weights and I do the sumo shiko stretch. Took me 3 months of doing it to get my leg up as high as some of those big guys but now I can hold a split that way for a few seconds. Great hip flexer exercise.
