If Paul claims to be a "Apostle/messenger/sent" in Asia Minor after Acts 16:6 then Paul is a false apostle accordingly to Acts 16:6.
Apostle means "messenger, he that is sent"

Paul does this in both Acts 17 & Acts 18. Per Acts 16:6 this would make Paul both a liar and a false Apostle/messenger/he that is sent.
