Every other day I eat a big bar 100% dark chocolate in addition for breakfast I have a bowl of organic thick out flags I break up a bar into the flakes together with almonds walnuts Chia seeds pumpkin seeds some xylitol for sweetness and some Ceylon cinnamon and I’m just good to go! Been doing this for quite a while

  2. I’ve been eating dark chocolate everyday for 4 months and all I gotta say is there is no reason to be on an antidepressant when you can just eat a bar or two of chocolate a day and you’ll feel great
