All this bastards claiming that china is stealing r&d, don't bother to look for the amount of scientific papaers published by Chinese universities.
What China wants is to knock the USA off the top. They want their currency to be the global currency. China knows that the USA puts so much money into the global economy that to destroy us would likely collapse the global economy. Nobody wants that. They want to be THE world power. Yeah i think they can do it because the federal government is such a dumpster fire and i don't think that will change any time soon. Can the USA survive it? Yes, look at all the countries in the European Union, Ireland's economy has strengthened since the 1990's and they are thriving. This is survivable.
