Re: Keeping the feast(s) "in the land"- I believe We are the land that he puts his name on. We know Adam was made from the earth and Job in 33:6 says "I am the same as you in the sight of Elohim. I too am a piece of clay."

Yup, germ theory is questionable. Viral theory seems even more tenuous. A dead thing becomes alive when it enters you? When separated out, the material is indistinguishable from bits of ordinary DNA. Hmmm.
