The USA is the only country that competes clean!?!…Is Mat Fraser for real, clearly he hasn't heard of Marion Jones or Lance Armstrong.
He's talking about Isometrics – which were developed by Dr John Zeigler, who also developed Dianabol, the most popular anabolic steroid ever.
The US Weightlifting team were in a Study run by Dr Zeigler, who wanted to test the effectiveness of his Isometric training protocol – and the lifters made very dramatic gains in strength, even older lifters.
BUT, these same lifters were also using Dianabol.
Pretty soon, the lifters figured out that Dianabol was contributing in a HUGE WAY to their gains – so they got ahold of more pills and increased the dosages massively.
Later, many of these same lifters moved around the country and started their own gyms and the knowledge about anabolic steroids spread to bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Sports like Football and Track & Field as some of these lifters became the first Strength Coaches in Colleges, the NFL and Olympic Sports Federations.
The interesting this is that some modern Strength Coaches and Sports Scientists also believe that the Isometric Training Protocols were also very effective for building strength, but it can be hard on the nervous system and has to be used intelligently in a structured training plan.
Unfortunately, most trainees lost interest as the anabolic steroids promised more gains with less effort,
The algorithm chose me, 2 years later. I feel honored. I, for one, would test positive for cheerios.
I think he meant to say THE CLEAR , not clean 😂 if you know, you know
Americans don’t have the advantage of state sponsors doping programs- that much is true. What Americans do have is the advantage of access to drugs as well as a small inner circle. You’re less likely to have a whistleblower if only your coach and consultant know about your drug use.
