why all the sympathy for yan. he's a dirty fighter who has shown persistent disregard for the rules of the various orgs he's fought in. regardless of whether or not you think knees to a downed opponent should be permitted not kneeing a downed opponent to the face is something a champ and a highly skilled fighter like yan should and would know. he's just an extremely dirty fighter and an idiot in this case
No excuses for not knowing the rules. You train up to 1000 hours physically in a pre fight training camp.
There is not a million rules here, any idiot could learn them in a hour.
Wouldn't you find time in a training camp to practise what you want to do in every situation that is likely to happen.
