You sure have a lot of people up and down and in and out. I guess I am from a generation where we did not disrespect the speaker or people behind us because it would be distracting I would think. It would be for me if I sat behind them. When my children were babies and very young, I always sat in back in case I had to take them out. But people may have good reasons, and you probably have a more casual atmosphere which can be good too.
