I'm wondering if predestination is for those who had already proved themselves in a prior creation but are being further refined and trained and giving opportunity to grow spiritually? ie. become the Bride of Christ? some are new creations and others are fallen ones given the opportunity to re-create and redeem themselves from their fallen nature by conforming to Christ? did God hate Esau because he knew the being that was being incarnated through Esau?
