This is a beautiful story but if you had gone through it slowly and honestly disected it, it would have revealed beauty.
Firstly that the king has a party using the Temples gold to drink from. He insists on the queen displaying herself. She refuses and the king decides to get a new queen. Is it not strange that a Jewish gaurdian puts up a female to marry a gentile. He then waites by the gate. Has he not prostituted the woman.
The king takes from the Jews and uses their gold to enjoy himself.
Gold signifies work. In the deepest sence it refers to working with the mind. The queen refers to sensuality. This refers to everything we sence outwardly. We take from the world we see to get pleasure or satify our bodily needs. The queen refuses so the king who has all the power taken from the people decides to get a newer version. On a deeper level the king takes the thought power of the people for himself. We are minds that think and that thought works for yourself and others. But your thought is governed by the government and its rules. You are governed by the countries long standing traditions, religions and by what others can make you do for their eas of life. Basically the outside world that man has created is not allowing free thought. It tells you what is appropriate for you. Each individual mind is trying to keep sovereignty of itself and dominate others. Conflict of thought.
The king lives in a fortified walled city. This means that the thoughts the king has captured or the people, surround the king and protect him and his values. Out of fear. Each building block is thought solidified into a tradition or belief in which we hide. Adam and Eve hid and were clothed in skin.
The Jewish comunity live outside the city or the kings house. They do not have the same beliefs.
God desires to talk to us but He has to break through or you have to leave the door open and invite him in. We are clothed in the world we see and God has break your focus on the outside world so that he can talk to your inner self. When you concentrate on something you dont see whats going on around you. You get lost in what you focus on. You break connection.
God gives us power to live in the world we choose to live in. We choose this life by having children and perpetuating life in our way. No matter what excuses you make using scripture life here is made and perpetuated by two minds coming together and acting physically. God did not make you do it. The snake did. Remember Genisis and your seed and her seed etc.
So power is given on a low scale as we have freedom of choice to act or not. When we get energy we feel good. If we dont, we feel tired. We get energy from creation via food or we steal it from others. We also recieve from our soul if we accept it. But it comes with a clause.
If you are tired you cannot connect to God that well. God gives energy to you so that you can connect with his. Your thought connects to his.
God connected to Adam via Eve. Eve takes the apple and gives it to Adam. Esther is delivered to the king in his castle. She is full of youthful beatiful energy which the king accepts. He enjoys that energy of youthful thought. This is where the clause comes in. When God gives through the soul it comes in two parts side by side. Energy of thought and Gods truth. Love and truth.
Inside the castle is false thought. Our mind manipulates truth for its own benifit. People will spend a lifetime using scripture to defend bad ideas. The people in the castle are like the different thoughts in our mind arguing. You dont know which thought is true until you open your mind and look for the truth.
Eventually the truth is paraded around in the city which annoys false thought. False thought just lost dominance and power. The truth comes out and the bad guys or bad thoughts are killed. Literally, a rope is put around the neck to stop life in the mind which is hoisted upwards. False thought is taken up and shown in front of higher truth and the falsity cannot exist in truth.
