  1. I have lucid dreamed since I was a kid… I have lived entire lives as different people so realistic that It’s made me wonder if the people I’ve seen and met in my dreams if they are real… another dimension.. another time… is it the future… the past?

  2. it's probably at least somewhat due to the length of the sleep. I think around 6 hours in is where I usually start to have lucid dreams. Have had them before just much more rare, after 9 hours it becomes easier if you can stay asleep in my experience.

When I used to be able to sleep in back in high school after school was out and it was summer break – I would sleep like 14 hours for the first week especially to catch up on sleep deprivation from school, and it was some of the best sleep of my life, but also had way more lucid dreams, especially later on in the sleep cycle. The first 8-9 hours or so was the body doing work – deeper sleep mostly with a few cycles of dreams here and there – but mostly mind more offline, the next chunk was a lot of dreaming, and decently more vivid and lucid.

  3. I have been lucid dreaming for the last 6+ years and each time you do it your control over the dream scape becomes greater. each dream I’m now in almost full control from dreaming scenarios to change the outcome of a dream to thinking up a weapon to destroy the attempting nightmare to changing the whole dream scenery and scenario. even where i can wake up and rejoin to where i left off, my most current lucid dream is of me in my home town with some w differently created places eg. exaggerated scernery big cliffs larger mount lakes etc, but although some things are slighty dipected differently in my dreams i can go back to this town whenever i want to. Everytime i can change the path of that dream but its crazy the details my lucid dreaming can accomplish.
