I randomly become aware of dreaming. And sometimes remembering how to wake myself up. But I think I do more lucid dreaming than I realise. Been having nightmares about my ex for 3-4 years now. And other dreams of being in the woods. Thinking of animals gonna find and chase me. They always come as wolfs or bears. I suppose I spawn those characters/beings myself.
