Nah a week is bullshit. I intermittent fast daily and eat heaps of carbs and Iโve been dropping HELLA weight without losing muscle. Keto is totally unnecessary IMO.
Iโve been doing 16:8 IF for the last Two weeks 16 hours fast and two meals during 8 hour window. One meal at noon and another one by 8 pm. Not much snacks in between and lots of water! ๐ฎ๐ ๐walking 8 miles a day. Iโve lost 17 pounds since march 20th ๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ IF works!!!
Limiting or eliminating REFINED carbohydrates is the way to go. Limiting or eliminating fruit, the quintessential human food, is just plain stupid.
