  1. I have been on OMAD since 6 months . I shed 23 pounds on body weight. I have got ridd of nasal congestion which was happening to me for years . I also improved my triglycerides to 1 from 2.5 . But my ldl-C went up bu 4.5 (recommended < 2 . I only took statins for 3 months and stopped taking them when i was forgetting things . Now, all my other markers FBS less than 5.4 . My Hdl went up to 2.5 from 1.8

  2. Just think of being a hunter. You’re not always going to catch a kill everyday right? You’d have to fast a day or two until you got your next big meal. Your body is built for it and it’s modified to feed off itself to give it energy and stay healthy
