  1. I do better eating more often but smaller portions , but still usually more than 3 hours between meals so the body still has to draw on that adipose tissue, less agressive, less restrictriction, maintain muscle, brain power, feeling healthy.

  2. The best strategy is simply limiting sugar intake. Every single diet restriction does this universally. Cutting out complex carbs is objectively stupid. Generally speaking, about 35g of sugar per day or less. For reference, a single 32oz coke has 98g. You buy a loaf of 100% whole wheat bread, you still get 3g of added sugars per serving. Sometimes more. I swear, people make this so much more difficult than it needs to be. Not a single doctor or biologist who is worth a crap will ever say anything different. Reduce sugar intake specifically, you go into and stay in ketosis longer. Combine this with any calorie deficit, and you lose fat quite easily overall. If you want to stay the same body fat percentage and keep energy levels stable, limit sugar intake and eat at maintenance calories. Done.

  3. What he says about carbs and this diet is absolutley absurd and not supported by science. We are meant to eat a mixture of whole food vegetables high in carbs and whole food vegetables low in carbs.

  4. Nutrition is about balance!! You don’t need to fast or keto or any of these ridiculous diets! I’ve been training 35 years and compete in masters bodybuilding shows. These diets are soooo unhealthy.
