  1. Answer this. How can you do survive on 1 or 2 meals per day? You need roughly 2600 calories to maintain your body weight as an average man. How can you eat 2600 calories in only two meals let alone one? If you can't, which is completely expected you will lose weight. Ok,but you will lose weight forever and you will eventually die. So how can you make omad or two meals a day your lifestyle?

  2. Water fasting has been around for centuries, in history. Jesus did it, Buddha did it, so for these guys to say oh if he fasts for three weeks he will be dead (Joe Rogan) ridiculous. These guys don’t know what they’re talking about regarding long term water fasting. Go listen to Dr. Goldhammer if you’re interested in long-term water Fasting.
