I believe there's hypocrisy all the way around. I came here after Stephen A Smith's criticism of Hilary. He didn't seem to like it when UFC fans came after him with a similar argument. First of all, the "free speech" people were offended by him having an opinion on a freakin' fight. Secondly, the same argument of being an athlete as a prerequisite for commenting about sports has been made before and the same people hate it when competent white analysts are replaced on ESPN programs by athletes who can't even finish a sentence. I don't think people are looking for scientific truth in sports pundits, they just want to be entertained. They want personalities. But if you take that position, then you can't be critical of Hilary Clinton. Joe Rogan can criticize Hilary because his argument is consistent on this issue, however, Stephen A Smith cannot do it without being a hypocrite. Also, I would like to hear Joe's take on people who used the "expertise" argument to try to censor his opinion on COVID-19. We all speak on issues that are beyond our expertise and intellect and I don't believe people should be censored on such grounds.
