I can testify I took a few pictures with gable throughout my years and he always warmed up to take pictures . At 16 I was like what is he doing but this is hilarious now , I guess he warms up for everything since losing that match.
Warm-up was a physical and mental thing for me. Without it, I could see being susceptible to the weaknesses that I would build myself to push past mentally and physically.
I have a shitload more respect for dan then i had. But i always had alot for him. I did hear that he lost match because it was first time he gave an interveiw.. i wish i coulda been coached by this man !!!
