  1. I have been hearing Joe R talking about vitamin D. Well after months and covid in Dec. I went to get my labs drawn and my Dr. Told me I have very very Low vitamin D. Now I really am trying to change my diet and start with my supplements. Joe R is so right. Thanks.

  2. I stopped eating carbs, no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes for 3 months—I haven’t lost a single effing pound :*(. So now I’m cutting out fat. 3 weeks with low fat. Nothing. Not eating any sugar AT ALL. NOTHING. NOT A BLOODY POUND!! I’m 5’4”, 155lbs. What can I do? I want to be 130-5
