I don't think it's called gamma knife surgery. I believe what Jamie is referring to is cyber knife. It's a kind of new technology where they'll heat specific parts of your brain i.e a tumor, which destroys it, and does all that without damaging the healthy parts left. Then the debris left behind gets naturally drained out and down your spinal chord. Fascinating stuff, I only know because someone in my family is receiving that treatment.
