Its funny how this whole Colon was a piece of shit thing is only in the US and maybe some other english speaking countries like canada or the UK, any spanish speaking country Cristobal Colon is a gigachad, known for just being an explorer. And from an outsider point of view there is even an analisis on how in the US the denigration of Cristobal Colon is a part of a plan to push for something, but that info wont reach the Joe Rogan listeners or any average US citizens because all that literature is found in spanish and we know you people dont speak other language but English.
I like his other content, it bothers me they had to throw in the false history of Christopher Columbus. Columbus was nothing more than an explorer. Unfortunately, he was financed and backed by secular powers in his endeavors who took advantage of the opportunity of his voyage, and now he gets blamed for everything. I don’t think it’s fair to him or his crew at all. I’m open to seeing objective evidence to the contrary.
The tendency of re writing history and disparaging Columbus now days is very irritating. Columbus "discovered" the Americas FOR HIS PEOPLE, when modern people play dumb about that it's obnoxious. also it was a different time and things played out in a way that is just harsh reality , calling Columbus a "murderer, rapist" etc… is just modern weak cry baby belly aching of the worst kind.
