I looked it up, and couldn't find any actual proof that either Harding or Truman were in the KKK. One site said a source claimed Truman paid a $10 membership fee but wasn't active, but that was apparently one of his "enemies". I know about Bird, that's true, and Biden spoke at his funeral 🤷♂

I dont know what the clan is now, but early 1900s, it wasn't just against blacks, but immigrants, my people. For the simple reason you had blacks from south and immigrants from europe coming in and taking cheap labor. so as south park says, they taking our yobs, because my people tended to be catholic, irish and italians.
Daryl Davis is not wrong, The ku klux klan is a pressure cooker, and above all else it is demonic. I'm white and they scared me, there is something too dark about them to described. They remind me of satanic pagan cultures of ancient days, being revived all over what is now deemed ''modern society''. I know the klan has existed over 120 years now, but thats beside the point. And honestly the black panthers are no different in many regards. However, I would say the ku klux klan was far more powerful and effective, which makes them all the more heinous.
I was with him until he said charlottesville was an example of people snapping. the alt right went to protest the statues being removed, the police let antifa (who outnumbered the far right 2-1) do what they wanted. There was one death, heather heye, the mother of whom publicly stated she died from a heart attack, not the car driving into the crowd.
