  1. “Measurable decline but not enough”? As a black man that statement is laughable to me. I’m 34 years old and live in the south and I have never in my life experienced racism. In fact, it has been the opposite. I have been treated like gold just because I’m black. (Reverse Racism? I don’t know). I’m never held to the same standards on a job site. I get away with playing dumb and still get paid just as much. Life is a breeze for me, simply because I’m black. 😂

  2. Appreciate my grandparents teaching me you treat people with the same respect you want, and it’s stuck with me since I was a young boy. Till the day I pass I will uphold the golden rule, I’ll shake your hand long as you’re willing to shake mine
