There is only one word of God everlasting and true! The Bible is not it… Jesus Christ himself is. He is the word of God who was with God in the beginning and is God in essence! The word of God made flesh who dwelt among men! Not the Bible which never even existed for more than 300 years after the time of Christ. The Bible is NOT the word of God and it is not even from God but consider the source. If the dead sea scrolls were in fact the word of God they would have survived the tests of time without decay! They did not and this is how the scholars discovered the many thousands of variants that there actually are in those scriptures. Because there is not in existence today even one of the original manuscripts… all that we have are copies of copies of copies! All of them are handwritten and all of them are just a little different from the original and every other copy. With so much uncertainty about what the original text even was how can you preach that it is God's word? Is God so imperfect that he cannot communicate with us in a clear and meaningful way? No. The answer is that Bible is a fraud. Venerated by none other than Constantine himself, the emperor of Rome!
"Read your Bible!" "Stick to the scriptures!" …these are phrases we hear all the time! But the Bible cannot self-validate! If it were truly God's own everlasting word then there are certain criteria that it would meet: It must be infallible! It must indestructable. It must be unalterable in any way! It must be as new today as it was when the words were first committed to paper or in this case papyrus! It must be perfect. None of the texts and artifacts found to date ever exhibit these criteria! But Jesus who is the bodiless embodiment of all things godly does in fact demonstrate these very qualities. Jesus who is and shall always be the same! He never changes …he is always mild-mannered, gentle, and compassionate! That's the Jesus who died for us and that is the Jesus who he'll always be for everyone. He cannot be changed or altered in any way! Yet if there are those who preach him as being any other way then they have changed the glorious image of the everlasting truth into an ungodly lie!
You claim as so many others do that the Bible is infallible and perfect and cannot be changed. But if that were true then why is there a warning in the Book of Revelations against adding to or taking away from the words of the prophecy of the book? As if you could ever do that to something that actually came from God!! God doesn't waste his breath warning us not to do something that is humanly impossible to do. If the Bible were God's word the possibility of changing any of it would not exist! But what the Bible is is the greatest and most divisive propaganda tool that Satan ever created! For more than 300 years after the time of Jesus people knew their God and they knew Jesus Christ too. But they didn't know him by the scriptures! There was not a book anywhere in sight. Yet they knew him! And they knew him the same way the apostles knew him…By his spirit. By his own indwelling holy spirit. Not by their own efforts or their own achievements but by him! They knew him simply because he wanted them to. The effort is all his and none of ours… His plan is very simple! He alone is our savior! Not ours alone but everyone's and Belief is not a requirement…But it most surely will be the result. He will do all the saving work and we shall thank him for it. And he shall make all things new again! Not just some things but all things… He shall save the entirety of his fallen creation of which we humans are only a tiny part. That is his plan! By his spirit, the whole creation shall know him! Or if there were even one soul that he cannot save… then it would be all the distinction between 'All-POWERFUL' and almost all-powerful and the difference between 'PERFECT' and not quite so perfect. He never fails and he never will.
