  1. i got up to 381, a month later im down today 366. got a ways to go, but cutting out all soda (went to the movies with family, they got snacks and sodas, i got a big bottle of water) going to the gym every day for an hour. high blood pressure and high cholestrol.

  2. Fat shaming works for those who actually want to change but need a kick in the ass. You are talking to the skinny person inside saying take off the fat suit bro.
    Other people don't think they are just wearing a fat suit that they can take off and that they are just a fat person. Which is bullshit, they are just lazy and weak willed and making excuses.
