Your over analyzing Cain bro! Lucifer whispered in his ear and beguiled him like he beguiled Eve in the the garden. After that Cain murdered Abel when his burnt offering on the altar which God did not accept, he allowed himself to be completely turned over into the hands of Satan who probably offered him the glory of kingdoms.
Job 9:24
The earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covereth the faces of the judges thereof; if not, where, and who is he?
This refers to the fall of Adam losing dominion and given to Satan.
Luke 4:5-7
5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.
Last thing I will comment on is that the enmity form Gen 3:15 you both are talking about actually refers to a future prophecy of the birth of Esau and Jacob which is what the serpent seed and the woman's seed is talking about. One of the wives of Esau was a Horite which was a fallen angel bloodline which is the serpent seed and the woman;s seed is the children of Israel. This is fulfilled in Gen 25:21-26
2 Esdras 6:8-10
And he said unto me, From Abraham unto Isaac, when Jacob and Esau were born of him, Jacob's hand held first the heel of Esau.
9 For Esau is the end of the world, and Jacob is the beginning of it that followeth.
