  1. He's right. It's sucks when you know there's people who are against free speech. Like, I have my limits to what I want to consume, cause I like to at least do some research on the person or company that I am buying stuff from, but you can't say that they cannot make whatever that they are making because it goes against your views.

  2. I think what people continuously mistake is the fact that the First Amendment relates to the governments intention to limit its peoples voice to be their own individuals regardless of viewpoint. Now this becomes limited in social scenarios when you use your speech for hateful infringement or damaging consequence such as yelling fire in a crowded movie theater. No one says you have to respect or agree or like another’s point of view, but they are entitled to it within reason. It also does not mean an individuals ideals must be respected, but they are respectfully entitled to have it and not suffer blatant ill will just because their concepts may seem misguided in relation to yours. If you show respect to your fellow man who resides across the line from your perspective and show him/her a sliver of patience and compassion, only then can you open up meaningful dialogue to begin to change and evolve into a society of like mindedness
