Where do you find the motivation to live? I could be a really good programmer but I don't know how to get out of bed for anything other than work.
Fake news is a real danger now isn't it? Should get interesting.
The sheer problem with AI is what we learn in our lifetime, AI could learn it in few seconds with quantum computers arriving. So the learning can be super exponential in rate. Therefore we don't know what it will become. Hence, Elon musk says AI would be more threating than nuke
First time I have ever sat through a Lex Friedman interview where I have thought that he displays actual intellect. Shame he isn’t able to apply intellect to discussions outside of his relatively niche wheel house.
