  1. I am 5.3, at some point weighted 120 kilos, around 260 pounds, lost down to 65kilos (143 pounds). Stay around 72 for a few years, until last year, things-life happened and did not take them so well, and now gaining weight. The point is, I see myself as obese, not matter the weight, you do gain some confidence but those negative thoughts of self hatred will be there, and be there all our life. I do still wonder how thing people stay thing.
    Do people realize that loosing weight is really hard, food is everywhere, you will still need food everyday. Changing the way things are seen helps a lot, pizza, you already tried it? then what do you need it now?

  2. You just proved to yourself and to the world that there is nothing wrong with you. In fact most people couldn't do what you did sir. I'm out here struggling to lose a few for the summer… Never mind the body man your mental toughness is through the roof!!! I have so much respect for you and you can be proud of yourself.

    Now i won't remember you as the fat guy from American history X anymore but as the goddamn beast that you have become!
