also a note for you on reading pdfs of Kindle, you may have to switch the Kindle settings to view in landscape mode to be able to read the text in my experience. it's kind of weird but good to note.
I'm struggling with the idea of lucid dreaming. I use to do it as a child, I believe, but all I did was fly around all over the place from what I can remember. Eventually I stopped and forgot about it. But during this time I also use to get sleep paralysis a lot and see these short shadow beings or creatures of some sort. I've heard that lucid dreaming is not good. Any thoughts?
