I thought carnivore was no dairy
Any grain will cause autoimmune disease. Especially wheat.
I'm 3 weeks into the carnivore diet and this shit is no joke. I have pretty severe vitiligo and curious if it will help with that too. But I don't just have little spots like he has. It's my whole hand, all my lower leg, on my head and other places. Thanks Joe for letting me know it helps.
