I omit all grains. But i eat raw mango if i need to chew on something. No pasta, no rice, no sugar. I cannot take bacon.
My vitíligo is not so severe, but I might try this diet in the future to see what happens, I'm still pretty young.
3:00 I'm afraid Joe is wrong on this one. My daughter thrived on Whole30… until she didn't. She didn't even make it a year before she started crashing. So she did what all people 'eating healthy' do. She blamed herself, tightened up her diet, and tripled down. And got MUCH sicker. She developed autoimmune pancreatitis and nearly died. She was trying to survive for three years when she switched to carnivore. After six months of eating nothing but steaks she's lost 80 pounds and hasn't had a single pancreatitis attack since she began. The memory of that pain keeps her going.
He has vitiligo?
I would disagree with Joe on many counts. First, dairy is a known allergen and inflammation creator to many people. Second, junk food is not the issue for many people. I have and I've known many people who've eaten organic, whole grain, no sugar diets and didn't get relief until they ate a keto or carnivore diet. Generally the population that eats refined carbs and sugar wouldn't even consider a carnivore or keto diet. Only we health conscious people who have searched for a long time, in my case my whole life.
