He has a diagnosed autoimmune disorder, vitiligo, and he feels like shit after eating bread. Would someone mind suggesting the possibility of undiagnosed celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder seemingly assocoated with vitiligo, to this guy?
been carnivore for almost 3 months and my vitiligo is shrinking slowly!!
Glorious bread
Hey the reason you had good results is most likely because meat contains lots of copper and other nutrients and minerals. Humans actually need a lot. For hundreds of thousands of years, all we had to eat was meat, vegetables and primitive bread. And now tons of sugar and carbs? So that's why. Also some people have a low vitamin D gene and they need to be obsessive about their D level. It's a VDR Mutation (Vitamin D Receptor) – do 23 and Me and figure out if you have it. Get a UVB Sunlamp to use in winter.
I got re-vitiligo. It’s the same skin condition Michael Jackson had, only worse.
