The network recognizes the art that was uploaded and assigns it a ID that ID has the creators encrypted address listed. What is pretty cool about the whole thing is when the creator goes to sell the artwork Royalties can be assigned by percentage Allowing the creator to collect on a percentage of the sale every time it trades ownership or trade hands similar to trading stock The virtual land aspect of it is pretty cool so imagine, owning your own land in a video game and doing whatever you want with that land like building a museum and charging people to enter your museum to see your artwork. I’m 38 years old my generation will not benefit from the technology or see the value or be young enough to care to enjoy the technology behind it all But for those of us that have small children they will benefit.
