If you’re eating carnivore you don’t need to take a lot of supplements. Your diet provides all the nutrients you need.
It is like when I did 30 day program to cut sugar out of my diet. I had a period of my body screaming, "where is my fucking sugar". That was horrible but after that period, I felt great. Now eating stuff that I used to love, it is disgustingly sweet.
I don't get it , i didn't lost any weight-3 weeks and going.
I did it for 10 months and lost 120 pounds …. I reversed my hypothyroidism, PCOS, inflammation, red skin, I look younger ECT. You can have more on the style than people think though I had beef,steak shellfish organ meat which I didn't eat, butter, hard cheeses, bone broth the real kind, ECT. Turkey tuna chicken.
Here’s what I am doing and why. I found my self up to 319 pounds after covid, from not being as active and eating comfort foods, so I started eating clean. I went down to 276 and hit a plateau I couldn’t get past. So 4 days ago I decided to do a kinda carnivore type diet. In just four days of eating meat and eggs for lunch, then having red meat with a salad, I have gone down to 264 as of this morning. I also started a regimen of minerals and vitamins to off set what I may be loosing. On another note, I have a solid gut, but grains, beans and some vegetables make my joints hurt, not my stomach. At 63 I need to get my physical life back into shape because I have many medically fragile children and veterans depending on me here at our therapy ranch. Blessings Gentlemen.
