I can't afford grass fed. I get the regular meat.
hardest parts of carnivore is the lack of variety in texture, most meats feel very similar in the mouth, the other hard part is that you have to prepare every meal and most snacks
all beef is grass fed, btw. grain is the last 15-20% of the cows diet towards the end of their life right before slaughter.
Don't be fooled by marketing, people.
Why Not just eating carnivore based and fruits after meat for vitamines? Thats what i do and i feel great!
Unless you personally feel like you being fat is what you want and you’re happy go for it, for all you others who say being fat is good you are absolutely nuts,,, lose the weight and be healthy for crying out loud
