Social media addiction is so dangerous because it can prevent you from chasing your goals or forming fulfilling relationships in real life. The endless novelty on your phone is so easy to access that it almost doesn't seem worth the hassle to work on things that are important to us or form real relationships because we already have endless entertainment at our fingerprints at seemingly no cost.
