I worked at a job years ago which was about a 30 minute drive from home. When I changed jobs my new commute was only 3 minutes. I had a really hard time for about a month because I missed that 30 minute mental decompress before getting home each day.
I Don't do social media like Facebook or twitter etc, It's a waste of good time. When the power went out during a winter storm people are so addicted to the phone and TV. I saw people at places like Sams club huddled around a pole and outlet charging their phone to be entertained. It bewildered me that they could not find anything else to do. I forget my phone and people say how can you be without your phone I can't function without mine. Simple my phone gets on my damn nerves and hinders me from things I need to do like gardening and enjoying life. lol!
