The highly subjective "personality ratings" are just proxies to push the diversity agenda. Would you just rely on objective scores like testing/grading without any personal or inter-human interaction, you would have a non biased application. But this would lead to a merit centered approach to accept only the brightest ones (based on work ethic or just intelligence) – so this is contrary to all this woke and racial madness.
The value of academia lied, back in time, in the process of pre-selection based on merit and intelligence. The lower the acceptance-rate, the harder this selection process (Ivy League). At that time ANY degree out of this "elite" academia institutions had a value for every employee: The potential employer out of harvard must be very intelligent or hard working. Because of woke-agenda the value is gone from any selection process. Therefore, nobody will hire you with a degree in gender studies, even if you come from Yale or Harvard. Because people know that you are a social justice warrior and the probability is high that you are just average, because you were selected based on other traits like race instead of intelligence or work ethic.
