I love this description of the body of christ. The church and love etc.
You had me right up to the point that you said the church should not try to recreate what God did when the church first started! And added scripture that doesn’t make the case for your theory! Those words to “not try to recreate what God did” jumps off the page as strictly low human teaching, certainly not inspired by the Holy Spirit. If you cant offer clear cut scripture reference to make your postulation believable then I, personally will lean on the whole word of God for commentary! I think everything else you said is spot on because Paul is clearly and concisely prioritizing Love above all other attributes we can possess but in no way does he diminish the word of God or parts of to be and old relic to put on the shelf just to admire the past.
