  1. You don't need to be straight vegan, you can just go plant based. I eat mostly beans throughout the weeks with lots of veggies for lunch/dinner and fruits with nuts in the morning and I feel great. Meat takes 8 hours to fully digest which makes you feel slow and lazy. Then again, I do eat meat once a week at least when I get pizza or burgers lol

  2. Vegan + no gluten + no sugar = no inflammation/ more minerals. Grass fed meat is the only good stuff, regardless you have to eat fatty meats to get the minerals but meat is full of saturated fats. Finally being vegan strengthens your jaw if you eat like me for hours a day. Watch me upcoming fighter j e b or j 'buddha' b
