There is a non-canonical book called the lost book of Enki (said to be authored hy a giant names Enki who was the son of a fallen angel) that details how his fallen angel father gave him instructions as to how to build an Arc like Noah's so they could survive the flood. I believe this is why in Genesis it says "there were giants in those days and also after that" because the "After that" was after the flood which signifies that at least some of the giants survived the flood. Now if there were a race of reptilians/draconians in that time, they could have mingled with the giants, creating giant hybrid reptile "people" and they saught refuge from the flood by establishing subterranean civilizations as described in the coming race by Edward Bulwer Lytton. I am aware of it's connections to the occult and the Nazis who sought the power of the Vril. I believe these things are very real. On an old Mercator FE map, one of the 4 islands in the center of the earth was said to be inhabited by a race of reptilian people. I listened to an interview with Lieutenant colonel Greg Rinchich who had top secret cosmic clearance and worked at a D.U.M.B as security of sorts. He explained that there are Giants there who refer to themselves as the Nephilim and there are reptilians along with all sorts of other hybrid creatures who are being housed there. He said that upon being hired, he and other new hires were made to sign a document stating that they would NEVER use the name of Jesus while in or near the facility, not even in vain because the mere use of the word Jesus was powerful, destructive and inflicted very real pain on the creatures being housed there. He said that he watched these reptilians shapeshift into "humans" and then back into reptilians on command. He said that one of his co-workers went insane and had to seek serious counseling after seeing a shapeshifting reptilian for the first time. He also said that the giants are the ones with the technology of the flying crafts/discs/triangles we see and they are the pilots. He said that they can go 12k mph and disappear in the blink of an eye. He said these Giants have plans to resurface soon and take over again with the help of the elites, our military and the reptilians. Everything Rinchich said rings true as I'd already learned much about these things before I came across his interview.
