The mental toughness practices were the absolute worst, in wrestling they'd make the entire team do wall sits with someone on their back and wed sit for a minute at a time and if anyone dropped we'd start over, idk how many guys I looked up to cried that night and not because they were soft, then hed have the biggest guy hold the smallest guy in whatever pinning combination he wanted and that little guy had 10 seconds to get out or we'd all start over again, you would fight like you're underwater on your back. By the end of the season all of us were the toughest dudes at any competition because of practices like that. Or anyone remember going to wrestling practice for the day and the goal of practice was to break your opponent? Wed go live until someone wanted to give up, not just someone would get a takedown and you get back up, you take that person down you give em that nasty cross face and make it suck, those practices man, those make men. Idk where I'd be without em.
