I had ACL surgery and mentally I never pushed as hard on it. Months later I played soccer in Italy, but I went back to sports and trained Muy Thai. Always wish it never happened. Just felt like sharing my story

I feel you man I was rolling with a guy and he completely tore my ACL after recovering from surgery I knew I was not the same athlete
Surgery is no joke. It helps but you’re never the same. Sometimes for better or worse
