I've been off meat for 3 or 4 years now, and have no interest in ever eating it again…
There's a switch that gets flipped in your mind, and you realize just how disgusting it is to be eating the body parts of animals

Any of you guys ever see that movie powder, where the albino kid touches the dying deer and can feel his pain. My mom said that's what we do as meat eaters, we consume the pain of the dying animal. I think about that sometimes when I pass a field of cows or something like it. She stopped eating in her 40s and made it to her 60s with perfect weight, blood pressure. I gave up lays potato chips when I heard about the horrible work conditions that put their employees through. But for some reason even though we kill animals to eat them I guess it doesn't bother me enough to stop. I guess I do hold humans higher than animals, which is f*** up cuz we're assholes compared to animals. Damn, I need some therapy about this LOL
