BJJ is so boring. Combat BJJ is what makes BJJ more palatable to watch. You need to have a consequence for jumping on a leg lock aka a huge slap to the face. My bucket list still has Gordon Ryan getting punched in the face while he jumps on a leg lock. Hopefully he’s dumb enough to go into MMA but he won’t because Danaher keeps telling him that BJJ is about to blow up. Newsflash John: it ain’t.
