I think they had hard alcohol in Ancient times through Freeze distillation. They had to figure out that if you freeze wine. The parts that don't freeze are stronger in alcohol content. Any random alcoholic knows this. They leave wine in a freezer and poor out the unfrozen part. They can taste the higher alcohol content.
i want joe rogan to discuss the curioties about the longest living culture in the world. (Indigenous Australians). I am from Greece but I have always found them interesting, they are the longest living culture in the world yet no body ever talks about them. Why is this? I feel like so many questions could be answered, so much research could be done but no one pays attention to them because of my homes history or the history like ancient egypt. How have they survived for 50,000-100,000 years, yet no one talks about them?! i really want him to put the same amount of effort he does to understand this astonishing culture like he does for cultures who are not even close to being as old as the Aboriginals. They are the first astronomers, bread makers, agri culture and they are not discussed. They are surpressed, please! i would love a discussion about these absolutely amazing culture, they are the oldest IN THE WORLD. oldest than the ice age… like why isn’t this frequently discussed????

Distilling wine gets you brandy. Letting wine ferment long enough and you get vinegar.
